Increase in vehicle crime

Over the past 2 months we have seen a significant increase in vehicle crime, and this is mainly down to vehicle insecurities. There is no specific area of concern but the general trend is increasing.

With our current bright nights and hot weather, there are more people out than ever and it is key not to give any opportunists the chance of interfering with your vehicle.

A few simple ways of keeping your vehicle and other possessions safe are as follows:

-Lock vehicles and houses

-Remove valuables from public view

-Keep windows closed at night and when you leave your address

-Try to park your vehicle in site

By making the above part of your daily routine, you can keep your possessions as safe as possible.
